About Us
The Office of Indigenous Education allocates state funding and provides assistance to public school districts that educate Indigenous children residing on Tribal Nations throughout the state and administers the СÖíÊÓÆµ State Indian Aid program, which provides funding for students with Tribal Nation membership who are attending postsecondary schools. The office works with leaders and educators from Tribal Nations and districts across the state to support Indigenous education programs and ensure that all students aided by the office have access to educational and social-emotional programs to support college and career readiness.
